This lesson provides students with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, safety standards, financial liquidity tools, and digital platforms that influence dispatch success. We examine the Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) system, how dispatchers maintain safety alignment, the strategic function of freight factoring, and the structural setup required for legitimate dispatch operations—culminating in real-world use of Ascend TMS, one of the most prevalent Transportation Management Systems for new dispatchers.
