Overview

Module 05 of the Dispatcher Basic Plus certification explores the high-level systems and regulatory responsibilities that affect every dispatcher’s long-term operational success. In this lesson, we dive into the CSA program administered by the FMCSA, explore dispatchers’ role in ensuring safety and compliance, and learn how freight factoring acts as a bridge between delivery and payment.
